SCC will collect the above personal data to gain expression of interest for the enhanced health and wellbeing programmes via the Fitbit application. This programme is optional through the innovation hub at Stratford Hospital. Once you have provided your details, SCC will contact you to get you set up on the programme.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the UK or EU by SCC. Please check the Fitbit privacy notice for their transfer information.
Your personal data will be kept for 1 month from the date the communication has been made to set up your requirements on the Fitbit programme. At this point it will be securely deleted.
You have rights over how SCC uses your data, and unless your request to exercise those rights is complex or there are numerous requests, we will normally respond within one month of receipt of your request. Those Rights below which are greyed out are not applicable under the lawful condition we are using to process your personal data, as identified in section 3 above.

Any changes to this privacy notice will be communicated immediately, should SCC still be processing your personal data for the purposes outlined above.
